Dr. Silva has been practicing oral surgery in the Monterey Bay area since 1995. He is originally from the San Joaquin Valley of California and is of Portuguese and Italian descent. Dr. Silva attended the University of California at Davis graduating with a Bachelors of Science Degree in 1984 with High Honors. He received a DDS degree from UCLA in 1989 with High Honors. He obtained a medical degree in 1992 from the University of Florida, followed by an internship in General Surgery and training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery which he completed in 1995.  On a personal, level Dr. Silva enjoys sports, travel, and wine.
